Week # 1

So this was the first week of weight loss... I walked 2.5 miles every day and cut out bread from my diet except for two meals. I met my goal of walking an hour every day which is 2.5 miles. This next week I will be out of town so instead of setting my goal to walking or no bread I will be cutting juice and soda out of my diet and trying to limit the amount I eat to smaller portions. I have 9 pounds to loose and maintain in order to reach my goal by the end of December.
