8 Months Old

My little girl is 8 months old now! She is 17lbs and 28 inches long. She is growing up so fast.

She now has 4 top teeth and 2 bottom teeth. :o)
We have started her on food and she LOVES it! She is still primarily nursing but we are currently working on the transition. Ryleigh loves books. We read to her everyday a couple times a day. She is a perfect page turner!

Sleep? Sometimes I feel like she never sleeps anymore. We have our occasional rough nights and she still doesn't sleep through the night, we think it might help to feed her food in the evening. However, we seem to be managing and getting some sleep.

Ryleigh sure loves her Nana. We are so blessed to live only 3 hours away from Nana so we can visit often! Bath time is so much fun now! She is our little water baby. She loves to kick and splash in the tub. I can't wait until summer and we can go swimming. Over Easter weekend we were able to spend two whole days with Ryleigh's cousin Cassidy! They sure love each other.

Time is flying by and it is exciting to see our little one grow. She sure brings a lot of joy to us!
